On Monday, the Trump administration postponed all hearings for asylum seekers through April 22. Asylum seekers must still present to a port of entry on their original hearing date to receive a rescheduled hearing date. Asylum seekers living in Mexico under the Migrant Protection Protocols must continue to wait in Mexico for their future court date.
