The United States Department of State has issued forth cutoff dates for issuance of immigrant visas and per the November Bulletin by the State Department, the cutoff dates include:
For EB-1 Visas: Except for China and India, all countries will progress by more than a month to June 1, 2018. India will still be January 1, 2015, and China will shoot ahead to three months, that is, February 1, 2017.
For EB-2 Visas: All countries except India and China will stay the same. China will progress to 10 weeks to March 15, 2019, and India will progress only by a day to May 13, 2009.
For EB-3, Professional and Skilled Workers: India will stay at its current date on January 1, 2009, and China as well on November 1, 2015. However, the Philippines will progress by three and a half months to February 1, 2018 and all countries except the mentioned ones will stay the same.
EB-5: Most countries within the Non-Regional Center categories will stay the same. However, Vietnam will progress by one month, to November 15, 2016. India will also progress by approximately two weeks at December 8, 2017, and China for about one week on November 1, 2014. Until November 21, 2019, which is the expiration date for the program, these cut-off dates will also be utilized by the Regional Center categories.
For Adjustment of Status applications, USCIS will be announcing the cutoff dates for acceptance of adjustment of status applications this November on its visa bulletin page.
It is unknown whether USCIS will be accepting adjustment of status applications based on the Final Action Chart or the Dates for Filing Chart. The Dates for Filing, which stayed the same and are more advantageous, can be found listed below.
