On October 2, USCIS published an updated Form N-300, Application to File Declaration of Intention. The form is used by a lawful permanent resident to declare their intent to become a U.S. citizen. This form is not required for naturalization, but some states require it to conduct business in that state. The edition date is 8/2/19, but the 3/13/18 edition will continue to be accepted.
